训练怎么来?听听NN Running Team的教头们怎么说

来自NN Running Team教头们的十条箴言

1、In the 21st century if you want athletes to win, it is important to focus on the mind. 90 per cent of performing well is all about the mind.

在如今,如果你想让运动员获得成功,那么就必须专注于对运动员心理素质的训练,90%的出色表现都与强大的内心有关。

2、When the mind is not there the body won’t respond.

只有用心训练,你的身体才会做出回应。

3、Let athletes also make decisions in the training because they have to do so in the race.

让运动员学会自己做决定,因为这是他们在比赛中必须要面对的事情。

4、Ahead of a competition, you must feel comfortable running at your intended race pace.

在比赛之前,你就应该要做到能以你期望的比赛配速舒适的进行奔跑。 

5、Focus on the process not the goal. Concentrate on what you can influence.

关注过程而不是目标以及专注于你能改变的部分。

6、To prevent any unnecessary stresses on the hamstring, it is best to introduce the occasionally hill repetition or speed session to allow for more higher intensity training.

为了避免一切未知的因素对腿部带来的过于沉重的压力,在平时训练时就应该通过经常性的跑坡训练或速度训练来锻炼出有力的双腿。

7、You have to learn being comfortable while feeling uncomfortable.

你必须学会如何在感觉到不舒服的时候让自己尽可能保持舒适。

8、When training for a big race it is important to take the time to explore other ways of relaxing to restore energy levels.

当你在为一场大型比赛进行训练时,花时间用来放松恢复是必不可少的。

9、When you finish a session you should still be able to run a little further. Save the really big effort for the competition.

每次训练完应该是仍有余力,全情投入那是留在比赛的时候。

10、We lay down the basics but then add the speed sessions at the appropriate time to allow the athletes to run at their best when it counts most. This to me has been the biggest reason for our success.

牢固的基础,恰到好处的速度刺激,让运动员能在最关键的时刻能发挥出他们的最大能力,我想这就是我们成功的原因。
